Your Responsibilities:
• Engage children through play while implementing their personalized treatment plans
• Observe behaviors, play, and document progress accurately
• Facilitate the development of essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
• Work on shaping challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
• Make a meaningful impact in a child's life!

Desired Skills and Qualities:
• Current RBT certification or the ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire
• Experience with children (i.e. camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school settings, ABA roles) preferred
• Energetic, playful, creative, and quick-thinking
• Reliable and dependable, someone families can trust
• Able to frequently get up and down and move quickly
• Comfortable with technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness to learn independently and provide top-quality care to clients
• Interest in employing evidence-based, scientifically-backed methods
