Job Description
Make a meaningful difference in students' lives as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic educational environment near Manvel, ND. This contract position offers the chance to contribute your expertise in applied behavior analysis to help students achieve their full potential every day.
Key Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience assisting with behavioral interventions in school or similar settings
• Ability to implement behavior support plans and data collection procedures
• Strong communication abilities with students, teachers, and families
• Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in supporting students with diverse needs
Core Responsibilities:
• Provide direct 1:1 and small group support to students under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors
• Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA or school staff
• Assist in developing skill-building activities and reinforcement systems
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for all students
