What Youll Do as an RBT:
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Reinforce positive behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and evidence-based interventions.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene meal preparation and independent living skills.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and help adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support for individuals receiving care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with behavioral health regulations.
What Were Looking For:
Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with individuals with autism developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is preferred
Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and intervention strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a behavioral health setting
Ability to follow structured treatment plans and accurately collect behavioral data
