As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will have the opportunity to,
• Primarily work with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and providing 1:1 in-home, school, or community therapy
• Teach our clients to excel by coaching them in areas including, self-help, motor, play, social skills, behavior modification, academics and more
• Work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to help each client meet their unique developmental goals while enriching their lives along with receiving support in pursuing your own skill set and career goals
• Promote from within the organization while pursuing your BCBA
Qualifications
• Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home, school, or community setting, preferred.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (Autism preferred)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); if candidate has no degree, must be currently enrolled in college courses, or willing to enroll within 90 days (required)
• RBT Certification is required within the first month of employment. Positive ABA will provide guidance to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Online RBT Training course is required 2 weeks after an offer of employment is accepted and before before beginning active employment with patients.
Note: The salary range listed is based on education, current certification and experience.
