Job Description

rgetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing behavioral interventions and assisting in the development of individualized care plans. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster meaningful progress and positive experiences for the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities
• Implement behavioral therapy techniques based on individualized treatment plans using applied behavior analysis principles
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and skill development
• Support teaching strategies that enhance communication, social skills, and behavior management
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other team members to ensure cohesive care delivery
• Support behavioral health initiatives by creating a safe, engaging environment conducive to learning and growth

Experience
• Prior experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is highly preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), is essential
• Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior management strategies is required
• Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing special education practices is advantageous
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, care plans, and HIPAA compliance is beneficial
• Passion for teaching, patient care, and making a positive impact on individuals’ lives is essential
