Qualifications
- •A CCHT is required for this position
- •Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
- •Active CCHT certification
- •Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- •Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- •Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- •Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- •As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment
- •Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- •Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- •Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- •Record vital signs and patient data
- •Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- •Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
