Job Description

s work closely with clients, typically in their homes, implementing personalized treatment plans with guidance and support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). They play a crucial role in their clients' support system, encouraging them to overcome challenges and develop new skills through evidence-based interventions.

Your responsibilities include:
• Delivering one-on-one therapy to clients.
• Supporting clients as they learn new behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collecting data on client behaviors and progress according to their treatment plan.
• Assisting in training caregivers on the implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborating with BCBAs and caregivers to ensure ongoing support and care for our clients.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with developmental disabilities.
• Preferably, experience or training in ABA techniques.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• A willingness to work in clients' homes
