Job Summary:
Little Acorn ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA with our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, personalized services to help our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual strengths, needs, and goals
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on client needs and preferences
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of BIPs
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with clients, families, and professionals regarding changes and updates
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Minimum 1 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and professionals
• Proficiency in behavioral analysis techniques and intervention methods
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
