Job Description

Blazer Jobs thrilled to partner with the local school district in Vail, CO to fill a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position. We are committed to providing outstanding professionals to support the educational needs of students in the community.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA to address students' behavioral goals.
Collect and record data on student behavior and progress towards goals.
Provide direct support and guidance to students in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies across settings.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with special needs.
