Responsibilities

• •As a member of the Five Below team, your core duties will involve delivering outstanding customer service and assisting in the smooth running of store operations to ensure a fun and inviting shopping experience for all
• •Demonstrate attentive listening to identify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• •Display product familiarity, propose recommendations, and offer personalized solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers
• •Encourage customer engagement by marketing store events, promotions, and activities to stimulate participation
• •Respond to customer complaints courteously, offering alternatives when possible
• •Share insights on replenishing inventory and customer feedback with the managerial staff

• •Carry out cashier responsibilities and process customer transactions accurately
• •Maneuver and stack goods that are up to 25 pounds in weight and reach shelves that are 10 feet tall
