Responsibilities
- •As a member of the Five Below team, your core duties will involve delivering outstanding customer service and assisting in the smooth running of store operations to ensure a fun and inviting shopping experience for all
- •Demonstrate attentive listening to identify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- •Display product familiarity, propose recommendations, and offer personalized solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers
- •Encourage customer engagement by marketing store events, promotions, and activities to stimulate participation
- •Respond to customer complaints courteously, offering alternatives when possible
- •Share insights on replenishing inventory and customer feedback with the managerial staff
