What You’ll Do
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals
• Supervise and support RBTs and technicians in the field
• Collaborate closely with families and the clinical team to ensure progress and quality care
• Maintain documentation in compliance with insurance and BACB standards

Responsibilities

  • This position is ideal for a BCBA who loves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), initial and re-assessments, and developing treatment plans, while maintaining a small, manageable caseload of clients
