Compensation

We recognize and reward your expertise: Without BCBA certification: $63,000 - $73,000 annually. With BCBA certification: $77,000 - $87,000 annually. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus to welcome you to the team.

What You Bring:

Responsibilities

  • As a Behavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at May Institute School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of BCBAs who provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth
  • Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff to support school-aged children with developmental disabilities
