We are hiring RBTs across Southwest Houston, Sugar Land, and Richmond.

About Hidden Talents ABA

Hidden Talents ABA provides individualized, evidence-based therapy to children with autism. Our passionate team empowers families and helps every child reach their full potential.

About the RBT Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/ABA Therapist), you will provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make an impact while growing your career in a supportive environment.

Many of our clients are Spanish-speaking, so we are especially seeking bilingual RBTs who can support families in their preferred language.

RBT Job Description:
• Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Support skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas
• Record accurate client data
• Manage challenging behaviors when needed
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families

RBT Requirements:
• Active RBT Certification (in good standing)
• Minimum 6 months experience in ABA therapy
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Drivers license and reliable transportation
• Spanish fluency highly preferred (majority of clients are Spanish speaking)
