Strong admin support — billing, scheduling, and paperwork are handled for you
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs in 1:1 therapy delivery
Provide parent and caregiver training and support
Active BCBA certification (required)
Clinic-based experience with children (Age 1-5) with autism (preferred)
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice

Responsibilities

  • In this full-time, Monday–Friday role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
