Job Description

• Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
• Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
• Caseload: 6
• RBT support: 7 RBTs assigned to those 6 clients
• 6 direct therapists (roughly one per client)
• 1 therapy room supervisor acting as a lead RBT/assistant to the BCBA

Compensation & Perks (real ones):
• Base salary: $90,000 – $95,000 base (potential earnings up to ~$140K depending on experience and performance)
• Bonus structure: Performance bonuses + unlimited referral bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Enjoy full admin support with dedicated schedulers, billing specialists, and intake staff, allowing you to focus on clinical care—not insurance calls or unnecessary paperwork
  • Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions
