Activate Behavioral Solutions is a BCBA-owned ABA therapy center in Frisco, TX, providing compassionate, high-quality, clinic-based care to children with autism.

We're growing and looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want excellent supervision, a supportive team, and meaningful work with young learners.
What You'll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting
• Implement behavior programs designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate skill acquisition and behavior data
• Collaborate with supervisors and families
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment for clients

What We're Looking For
• RBT certification OR willingness to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Passion for working with children
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
