Job Description
• Provide 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Follow patient's treatment plan and collect data on electronic data system
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede on learning, safety, or social opportunities
• Collaborate with the Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders
• Log and submit timesheet and billing entries
Qualifications
• 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year experience working in the field of ABA; the majority of our cases are school-aged or younger
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD
• Availability for at least 10 afternoon and/or weekend hours
• Technologically proficient; familiar with electronic data collection
• BACB-approved Registered Behavior Technician Training (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Calm, compassionate, empathic, and patient
