Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in an educational setting as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing 1:1 support to students across grades K-12. This on-site, full-time contract position invites dedicated RBTs with a passion for working in school environments to contribute their expertise and positively influence student growth and development. Both local and travel professionals are encouraged to consider this rewarding opportunity.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Expertise providing individualized, 1:1 behavioral interventions and implementing behavior plans
• Understanding of ABA principles and data collection practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
• Adaptability working with diverse student populations across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions and support to assigned students, following individualized education and behavior plans
• Collect and document behavioral data, contributing to progress monitoring and goal setting
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school teams to implement consistent strategies throughout the day
• Support students social, academic, and emotional success through skill building and positive reinforcement
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development as needed
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment
