Manageable caseloads, personalized care, and meaningful outcomesBCBA ResponsibilitiesAs a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Davis County, you will:
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress reportsDevelop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plansManage a caseload while delivering high-quality, handson clinical servicesProvide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTsLead parent training and caregiver education using evidencebased practicesConduct functional behavior assessments and datadriven program evaluationsEnsure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policiesComplete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checksQualificationsCertification:
Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain)Education:
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related fieldPreferred:
Safety-Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience:
Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferredFlexibility:
Willingness to provide occasional inhome support as neededTransportation:
