Job Description
ity Improvement Department. This position helps identify, evaluate, and reduce risks related to client care, staff safety, regulatory compliance, and organizational operations. The role supports incident reporting, quality improvement initiatives, data tracking, and safety activities to include conducting environment of care site visits to promote a safe, trauma-informed environment for clients and staff. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
The position is remote, however, making site visits is required.The position will be conducting environment of care reviews (facility walk throughs) for up to 10 residential programs every month.

Qualifications
Education
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience
• Two years’ experience in tracking/monitoring of quality and compliance in case records preferred
• Experience using computer software/programs required
Other Requirements
• Must be able to attend a 3 day orientation Monday-Wednesday from 9am-5pm.
• Valid Driver's License
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen and TB Test
