BCBA Supervisor - Student Mentor & Case Consultant (Hybrid Telehealth Position)

You
Active BCBA certification
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Passionate about mentoring the upcoming BCBAs and providing high-quality, consistent and structured supervision
Fluent in BST and can demonstrate it, not just describe it
Pursue current evidence-based practice independently
Adapt your teaching to the learner in front of you
Hold yourself accountable and extend that standard to your supervisees
Communicate directly and professionally with families, with staff, and with leadership
Stay in this field on purpose; you have thought about burnout and you have a plan
Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license and vehicle insurance
Passes background check, TB test within 3 weeks of hire, current immunizations
