Job Description

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Required Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Candidates must be available for both the training period and ongoing schedule
Compensation:
• $24.00 – $29.00 per hour (billable rate)
(Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living skills
• Maintain consistent attendance and professionalism
Requirements
• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
• Full availability for the initial two-week training period (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
