Qualifications
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
• License in the state of VA
• - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other behavioral health conditions.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures for behavioral health conditions.
