A company is looking for a Research Associate II: Epidemiologist. Key Responsibilities Conduct complex epidemiologic and surveillance activities focused on Chronic Disease, Maternal and Child Health, and Injury Create, implement, and sustain public health surveillance systems for the Maine CDC Lead and collaborate on epidemiologic studies and train staff in data visualization and analytic skills Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Epidemiology or related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience Demonstrated mastery of advanced principles of epidemiology and public health Experience in developing and implementing public health surveillance systems Expertise in analyzing complex sample survey datasets, preferably with SAS or R Proven ability to build partnerships and collaborate with various stakeholders
