• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress
• Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification required
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism
