Job Description

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview

Immediate Hire for Board Certified Behavior Analysts SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts for school-based positions. SPG is dedicated to providing all employees with a unique mentoring program and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships. This position would be for the remainder of the school year!
Salary

Salary: $80,000-$110,000 annually.
Responsibilities
• Start April 20, 2026
• Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload
• Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload
• Maintain regular communication with school staff and supervisors

• At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
• Experience training school staff and parents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
