Job Description
for our clients through effective behavioral therapy techniques. This role is for an in-home ABA therapy position.
Duties
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress and behavior changes accurately.
• Maintain medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist clients in developing social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
• Engage in behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support and education regarding behavioral strategies.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance professional development and improve service delivery.
Experience
• Fluency in Vietnamese preferred
• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of special education principles and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Experience in behavioral therapy or related fields will be beneficial for candidates.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality is essential.

- •The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
