-5 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
• Develop, write, and monitor Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.

• Provide data analysis and progress reporting to inform interventions and adjust strategies.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards in applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and developing comprehensive BIPs.

• Flexibility to support two separate schools.

Schedule and Work Environment:
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Minimum of 32.5 hours per week.
