Job Description

Ro Health is looking for enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians (BTs) who are excited to work in the schools and make a big impact with students! We are currently hiring BTs and RBTs to work at School Districts in the Irvine, CA area. Opportunities are available for BTs to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!

Our clinical team offers hands-on guidance, mentorship, and supervision, including assistance with training completion, competency assessment preparation, exam readiness, and ongoing professional development. We are dedicated to helping team members build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their roles and advance their careers.

BT/RBT Position Details:
• Specialty: School BT/RBT
• Positions Available: Per Diem/Subbing, Part-Time
• Location: School Districts in the Irvine, CA area
• Schedule: M-F during school hours
• Target Start Date: August 2026

BT/RBT | Duties May Include
• Carrying out and implementing behavior plans
• Use of ABA principles to teach adaptive behaviors such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills
• Data collection
• Working as a team to promote goal achievement and maintenance of a safe, productive environment
• Collaborating with other staff members and across disciplines

BT/RBT | Position Requirements
• CPR Certification
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• RBT Certification or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Enthusiasm for working with kids with developmental disabilities
• Previous school experience is preferred
• Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. This position regularly requires employees to talk, hear, and communicate with both children and adults. Employees are frequently required to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time. The position may frequently require lifting, bending, and crouching. The employee may occasionally lift/move up to 40 pounds.
