Join Our Team as a Home-Based ABA Behavioral Therapist at The Treetop. Are you enthusiastic about improving the lives of children with Autism and special needs? At The Treetop in Boston, Massachusetts, we offer a unique opportunity to join a compassionate team dedicated to transforming lives in home settings. Understanding ABA Therapy: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically validated approach aimed at improving behavior through targeted strategies. ABA therapy is essential for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disorders in achieving better skills and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
• Implement ABA Strategies: Utilize ABA methods to address behavioral goals and support student progress.
• Conduct Therapy: Provide individual therapy sessions using established ABA practices.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and progress reports on student behavior and therapy outcomes.
• Feedback and Communication: Update parents and work closely with your BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst).

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED is a must.
• Prior experience in ABA or similar settings preferred.
• RBT certification is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to travel between homes and schools as needed.
