Job Overview

Duties
1. Assist in identifying and coordinating with participating clinical sites
2. Support study logistics, documentation, and coordination
3. Assist with clinical data collection and organization
4. Communicate with the study team and clinical partners
5. Help coordinate study activities across multiple sites
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field, with a strong interest in clinical research and healthcare projects
• Basic understanding of clinical study processes, including patient recruitment, data collection, and documentation
• Familiarity with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements (e.g., IRB), or FDA-related processes is highly desirable
• Ability to read and follow clinical study protocols, test procedures, and data collection guidelines
• Experience or exposure to clinical environments (e.g., clinics, labs, or healthcare settings) is a strong asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across different clinical sites
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clinics, healthcare professionals, and internal teams
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, execution-driven project environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
