• Competitive annual salary ranging from $93,500–$110,000, based on experience

Qualifications
• Certification and/or Registration: Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a pediatric therapy setting
Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document findings, and manage discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough treatment documentation and goal tracking for each child
• Develop and implement home programs as needed, incorporating perceptual, motor, and sensory-based strategies
• Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers within the occupational therapy program
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings, with opportunities to lead or present training sessions
Physical Demands
• Moderate physical activity, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs
• Regular standing and walking throughout the workday
• Occasional lifting of supplies or equipment
• Periodic reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and fine motor tasks requiring manual dexterity and mobility
