Job Description
- $26/hour depending on experience.
• Paid time off + flexible schedule
• Paid indirect time and the ability to decline hours

• Supervision hours for those on the BCBA track

• Friday early release - clinic closes at 3:30 pm

Your Contribution
• Providing direct one-on-one therapy to clients
• Implementing programs and follow behavior plans as written by BCBA with fidelity
• Collecting in-session data accurately and inputting into CentralReach
• Being adequately prepared to begin sessions at the scheduled time
• Keeping client materials and shared spaces organized and maintaining a clean therapeutic atmosphere
• Converting appointments with attached notes with immediacy
• Communicating effectively with families and school staff in a professional and confidential manner
• Collaborating with other direct therapists to increase learning opportunities during sessions
• Creating therapy materials
• Providing breaks to direct therapy providers
• Modeling sessions for new team members
• Flexibility with non-billable tasks
• Attending and actively participating in weekly (paid) professional development trainings

Your Qualifications & Skill Set
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Experience working with humans with special needs
• Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
• Skillfulness to engage with and teach a wide range of personality types and energy levels
• Ability to multitask and be proactive to support our work community
• Responsive and respectful verbal and written communication
• Being detail-oriented and effectively managing your time
• Flexibility with providing services across clinic, school, and in-home environments
• Willingness to learn and adjust behavior according to feedback
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Motivation to provide ongoing mutual support to team members
