Job Description

services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, develop behavioral plans, and train caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies
• Supervise and mentor BCaBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other support staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients' families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or completion of coursework and supervised experience hours
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities
