Position Summary:

As a BCBA at Ally Behavior, you will lead and manage client programming, behavior intervention strategies, staff development, classroom management, and parent training. Your Daily Responsibilities:
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client and communicate progress with your team of Behavior Technicians.
• Meet weekly billable hour expectations.
• Lead intake meetings with new clients and their families.
• Conduct and evaluate initial and ongoing assessments using appropriate tools.
• Oversee and train an average caseload of 6 clients and their Technicians.
• Provide supervision and mentorship for BCBA/BCaBA candidates.
• Develop parent training objectives and facilitate training sessions.
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists for effective client care.
• Offer direct one-on-one ABA therapy as necessary.
• Attend scheduled team meetings.
• Adhere to strict client confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate openly with families and clinical teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Valid state licensing for practice.
• BLS Certification (or commitment to obtain upon hire).
• Availability to be on-site from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must undergo federal, state, and county background checks.

Physical Requirements:
• Capability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, stand, or run for extended periods.
• Ability to reach and hold objects and lift up to 30 pounds.
