Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills
• Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines
Compensation and Schedule
• Pay Range: Up to $105,000.00 oer year, depending on experience and role type
• Scheduling Options:
• Full-time (30–40 hours/week)
• Part-time (15–29 hours/week)
• Weekend and evening cases available (optional)
• Work Environment:
• In-home
• Clinic-based
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
