- •Assist in integrating Substance Use Services into the clinical setting, developing and implementing treatment plans
- •Conduct Substance Use Assessments and coordinate care with medical providers
- •Support individuals receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) or mandated treatment through care coordination and compliance oversight
