Compensation & Benefits

Position Summary
As a BCBA in our Wichita clinic, you will be the driving force behind client progress and staff development. You will manage a focused caseload, ensuring that every treatment plan is data-driven and every family feels supported. This position offers the opportunity to mentor the next generation of clinicians by supervising RBTs and student analyst interns as they work toward their own board certification.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Strategy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for initial treatment and re-authorizations.
• Manage a standard caseload with a focus on high-quality clinical outcomes and ethical treatment.
• Write and update treatment plans, ensuring all documentation is submitted with precision for clinical review.
• Lead parent meetings to ensure families are active partners in their child's progress.
Leadership & Mentorship
• Supervise and mentor a team of staff, ensuring consistent session attendance and clinical integrity.
• Provide supervision for student analyst interns in accordance with BACB standards.
• Participate in peer reviews and clinical meetings to advocate for client needs and ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Licensure: Valid Kansas State License (LBA) is required (or eligibility for licensure).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection platforms and clinical documentation.
• Core Competencies: Clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to be physically active, sit on the floor, and lift up to 40 pounds to engage fully with clients.
