About the Role
Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is GROWING and now hiring a hybrid (2+ days in-person & Virtual) LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW to provide a combination of in-person and telehealth care at our Palm Desert clinic!

What we offer:
40-hour Workweek Includes:
• Annual Salary choice of $94,000-$100,000*+
• Minimum 25 billed hours
• Schedule: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm (can flex 10am-7pm if prefer)
• License fees paid
• Liability insurance coverage
• 401(k) account with contribution matching
• In-House CEU Program including 42+ hours of virtual and in-person CEU classes every year
• Gym membership stipend
• 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 12 paid holidays annually
• Health, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family
• Collaborative team approach
• Excellent staff to help with administrative burdens
• Insurance claims entirely handled by our staff
• Pre-qualified clients
• Excellent comprehensive benefits
• Time allocated for case management
• Weekly group consultations with fellow providers
• Support in continuing education in order to earn desired certificates
• Potential for growth into lead positions
• Virtual and In-person company gatherings
We're Seeking Professionals Who:
• Have an active California professional license LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
• Work a minimum of 2 days per week in our Palm Desert, CA clinic
• Have experience with child/adolescent therapy
• EMDR Trained/Certified encouraged to apply
• Are passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care
• Have experience providing services in an outpatient setting
• Are able to learn and manage multiple technological platforms
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Are timely, diligent, detail-oriented and can work well in a team
• Are comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma
• Valid NPI number
• * Completion of 3000 supervised hours of practice post-Master's program and successful completion of the NCMHCE test (or it's equivalent) AND
• Current CA able to provide 3 (three) professional references from the past 2 (two) years (professional references must have active licensure) Are able to meet the credentialing requirements for major insurance panels in particular:
• Salary will be based on work week option and number of days in-person vs virtual
