Position overview:
• $75k-$94k per year DOE
• Flexible 4 or 5 day schedules available
• Conduct individualized assessments and therapy sessions for children with speech and language disorders
• Actively involve parents during sessions to promote effective home practice and support
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored interventions
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and updates
• Prepare and organize materials for upcoming sessions during scheduled downtime
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:
• Active or pending Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in-person in Eugene, OR
• A collaborative, empathetic and adaptable personality, excited to engage with children and their care team

$81,000-$93,000 per year
