ABOUT MINDCOLOR:
Mindcolor Autism was founded in 2019 with the goal of providing compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to families impacted by autism. We have four founding principles: client-centric service, best-in-class team, culture of excellence, and tireless advocacy. We take pride in the quality, not quantity, of our service, measured through the success of our families, children, and team.
ROLE:
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are the most vital clinical members who deliver 1:1 treatment for our clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs use ABA techniques to teach a variety of skills such as functional communication, social skills, coping strategies, and many more!
PERKS:
• Performance Reviews + Raises: Twice a year opportunities to grow your pay based on your impact.
• Career Growth: Chance to become a Peer Mentor and support newer teammates.
• Access to Student Analyst Program: Access to join our top-quality Student Analyst program for BCBA candidates (based on availability and performance).
• Paid Admin Time: Keep your hours consistent—your note-writing time is paid at your same rate.
• Recognition & Rewards: Earn points for swag, gift cards, and more through our rewards program.
• Team Member Referral Bonus: Earn up to $500 per referral
• Have a Voice: Regular opportunities to provide feedback and share your ideas.
• Celebrate Together: Each center has its own budget for team outings, birthdays, anniversaries, and promotions.
• Retirement Savings: 401(k) with company match after just 90 days.

• Team Connection: Opportunities for client observations, shadowing, and collaboration.
• Exclusive Discounts: Working Advantage program for savings on theme parks, hotels, groceries, movie tickets, and more!

• Bring Treatment Plans to Life: Follow individualized plans created by a BCBA, implementing written protocols tailored to each client’s unique goals.
• Learn & Grow: Participate in training, meet competency milestones, and actively practice ABA principles and strategies in your daily work.
• Promote Positive Behavior: Use evidence-based behavior management strategies and respond safely in challenging or high-stress situations.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with your BCBA supervisor and teammates, asking questions, seeking feedback, and sharing insights to support each child’s success.
• Track Progress: Collect and input data with accuracy, ensuring treatment decisions are based on reliable information.
• Stay Professional & Compassionate: Communicate with caregivers within your scope, always prioritizing client safety, dignity, and progress.
