Your Role as a BCBA/LBA:
• Deliver direct behavioral support to students based on the specific needs of the student and family
• Collaborate closely with families and related service providers
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention and behavior support plans if necessary
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and contribute to the creation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) if needed
• Utilize assessment tools such as the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP
• Apply principles of Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Track and analyze student progress using data collection systems
• Maintain accurate documentation, submit progress summaries, and write detailed reports
• Adapt to the physical demands of working with children, including floor activities, kneeling, running, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
• New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (NY-LBA)
• Availability after school hours
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Solid understanding of ABA principles, behavior management techniques, and educational settings

• Compensation: $75.00-85.00 per hour
