Job Description

(RBT), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and engage with families to support their understanding and involvement in the therapy process. Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
Collect data on client behaviors and progress
Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development
Communicate with families about their child's progress and strategies
Assist in developing educational materials and resources
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis
Active RBT certification - OR - certificate of completion of a 40-hour RBT training course recognized and accepted by the BACB - OR - work experience as a BT in the field of ABA
High school diploma or GED
1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
Ability to obtain CPR certification before your employment start date
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
Desire for ongoing professional development and training
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting
