Innovative Program: Invo's Behavior Coaching Program is a semester-long, hands-on professional development initiative that applies the key principles of behavior analysis and positive behavior supports. You'll play a crucial role in upskilling educators and empowering them to proactively address behavior challenges.
Dynamic Impact: Work directly with school cohorts, utilizing evidence-based classroom management strategies. You'll deliver high-quality, instructor-led training and behavior skills training (BST) to school and classroom staff, ensuring they master the skills needed to create positive learning environments.
Professional Growth: This full-time position offers ample opportunities for expansion and advancement within our organization. You'll collaborate with district personnel, Behavior Supports Manager, and our VP of Behavior and Mental Health, contributing to the ongoing development of training tools and program analysis.
Responsibilities:
· Leadership Training: Provide in-person, instructor-led training on school-based positive behavior supports and ABA principles to school and classroom teams.
· Behavior Skills Training: Deliver BST-style instruction and feedback to school personnel, including teachers, paras, and classroom assistants.
· Practical Application: Teach and demonstrate classroom-based positive behavior support strategies through role-play, modeling, and real-life situations.
· One-on-One Coaching: Conduct individualized coaching sessions in applied settings, helping trainees implement positive behavior supports effectively.
· Program Development: Assist in creating training content, materials, and implementation plans tailored to the needs of trainees.
· Cohort Meetings: Conduct monthly meetings with cohorts to address questions, concerns, and training content applications.
· Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on training progress and effectiveness, including fidelity and implementation of skills and student progress.
· Assessment: Administer pre- and post-training assessments and evaluate training outcomes.
Requirements:
· Master's Degree in behavior analysis, education, or a related field.
· Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or BCBA-D certification.
· 3+ years of experience delivering ABA services in schools preferred.
· Expertise in Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) preferred.
· Experience with both Special Education (SpEd) and general education populations preferred.
· Skilled public speaker with experience delivering trainings and presentations.
· Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
· Strong data collection and analysis skills.
