Job Description
Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students for the upcoming 26/27 school year in a dynamic educational environment near Wilmington, DE. This contract role seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for helping young learners succeed. The assignment will run from approximately August 25th through June 15th, offering full-time hours but with flexibility for part-time professionals as well. All services are provided on-site, allowing for direct engagement and meaningful collaboration with educational staff and students.
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification in Delaware
• Prior experience in a school-based setting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to develop effective behavior intervention plans
• Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students from diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement evidence-based strategies
• Provide ongoing progress monitoring, coaching, and training to school teams
• Document interventions and student progress in compliance with district and legal standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success
