• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Implement evidence-based strategies to support skill development and behavior management
• Train and supervise behavior technicians or other team members
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide parent and caregiver training to enhance skill generalization

Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical and client-centered care
