You will collaborate with a Program Supervisor/BCBA to implement tailored treatment plans aimed at reducing challenging behaviors and enhancing vital skills, including communication, self-care, pre-academic, social, and daily living abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with guidance from a BCBA.
• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients in diverse settings.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior relevant to the programs.
• Submit thorough daily session notes and data on time.
• Maintain respectful and professional communication with clients, families, and team members.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations (mandatory).
• Experience in ABA or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
