School Based BCBA

 to work in any of our center-based locations across Long Island Youll be a part of an organization dedicated to serving children with Autism that incorporates the highest standard of clinical ABA throughout all environments Be a part of the BEST We are seeking an energetic nurturing and confident BCBA who will be responsible for coordinating scheduling communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments behavioral evaluations behavior plans and individual education plans for clients on their caseloadBoard Certified Behavior Analyst Duties and Responsibilities Complete assessments design treatment plans staff training parent training meet and collaborate with other professionals conduct clinical meetings provide first responder and other community member training Provide our families with regular interactive and lecture and hands on parent education in 11 and monthly group structure Provide interactive and lecture-based staff training for teachers paraprofessionals and community members Help others grow in their practice of ABA Participate in daily and quarterly staff evaluation and performance feedback sessions Supervision of BCBA and BCBA candidates RBTs and other staffBoard Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications Masters degree from accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis ABA Psychology Education or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board BCBALicensed Behavior Analyst NY state Minimum 2 years experience providing ABA services to children with AutismExperience conducting skill and behavioral assessments VB-MAPP ABLLS-R FBA etcExpertise in development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Experience supervising BCBAs andor Behavior Technicians RBT preferred CPRFirst AidBLS HIV Awareness Training and 8-hour BCBA Supervision TrainingBoard Certified Behavior Analyst Working Conditions Location Huntington NYWest Hempstead NY Split between two locations Monday Friday 800am 400pm SchoolClassroom SettingBenefitsHealth Care Plan Medical Dental amp VisionRetirement Plan 401k IRALife Insurance Basic Voluntary amp ADampDPaid Time Off Vacation Sick amp Public HolidaysFamily Leave Maternity PaternityShort Term amp Long Term DisabilityTraining amp DevelopmentJob Type Full-timePay 8500000 - 9500000 per yearBenefits 401k Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule 8 hour shiftWork Location One location
