Already Autism Health is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing North Carolina team.

This is a hybrid clinical role designed for BCBAs who want flexibility, strong clinical support, meaningful face-to-face work with clients and families, and the ability to perform a portion of their responsibilities remotely.

We have intentionally designed this position around current and anticipated North Carolina ABA requirements to create a sustainable, compliant, and clinician-friendly practice model.

In-Person First Hybrid Model
• At least 50% of clinical services and supervision provided face-to-face with clients and staff
• Telehealth utilized for appropriate supervision, caregiver guidance, parent training, protocol review, and other approved activities
• Dedicated work-from-home time built into schedules for telehealth activities, documentation, treatment planning, and administrative responsibilities
• Reasonable regional travel expectations supported by scheduling and operations teams
• Strong emphasis on efficient scheduling to minimize unnecessary travel
• Clinical and operational support designed to allow BCBAs to focus on quality care rather than administrative burden

Position Overview

The Hybrid BCBA is responsible for providing high-quality clinical oversight and behavior analytic services to children and families receiving ABA therapy.

This position combines direct clinical work, supervision of RBTs, caregiver collaboration, treatment planning, and ongoing assessment of client progress.

Essential ResponsibilitiesClinical Services
• Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment planning
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with best practices and ethical standards
• Support successful client outcomes through ongoing evaluation and treatment modification

Supervision & Clinical Oversight
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide clinical feedback, coaching, and guidance to direct service staff
• Conduct observations and supervision activities consistent with company, payer, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery

Family Support
• Provide caregiver guidance and parent training
• Collaborate with families to support generalization of skills
• Maintain strong communication and partnership with caregivers

Documentation & Compliance
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with payer requirements, North Carolina regulations, BACB standards, and company policies
• Participate in treatment reviews and interdisciplinary collaboration

Required Qualifications
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Active North Carolina Behavior Analyst License OR willingness and ability to obtain North Carolina licensure immediately upon hire
• Current North Carolina resident OR willingness to relocate to North Carolina
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior analytic treatment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Experience providing clinic-based and home-based ABA services
• Experience with caregiver training and collaboration
