Job Description

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to coordinate care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for ongoing care or therapy.

Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid SLP license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• CPR/BLS Certification (Required).
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., hospital, SNF, outpatient).

Benefits

  • Weekly Pay Rate: $1540 - $1680

Responsibilities

  • Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
  • Open to Local & Travel Candidates
  • Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practice
